Full Time Position (Mon- Fri, 8am to 5pm daily)

RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
Receptionist Duties:
- Answer phones
- Transfer calls to the proper recipient
- Take messages.
- Greet guest and have them sign in.
- Keep coffee bar area clean and stocked.
- Maintain acceptable office supply levels.
- Assist with other administrative duties as requested.
Accounting Clerk Duties: (Training will be provided)
- Enter Timeslips daily that are provided from Service Supervisor
- Enter new projects, allocation to projects, print up project hours if requested.
- Enter Vendor’s invoices:
- Enter new vendor if required, match packing slip with invoice.
- Daily/Weekly Filing as required.
These are some of the duties of the two positions, but not limited to.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a receptionist/ administrative assistant
- Possess excellent typing skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Products: excel, word.
- Possess a valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record. (must supply drivers abstract)
- Possess pro-active, self-motivated work ethic.
